In this tutorial we will learn how to make a three column website layout template using photoshop, HTML and CSS from scratch. You will also need dreamweaver for this tutorial or any of your favorite html editors. I would recommend dreamweaver. The end result of this is not graphically excellent but it will teach you all the basics you need to create an excellent layout.
