First, you need to download Filter Forge from the Plugin website. Once you download it, run the installation file, and that’s it! It will be added inside Photoshop under the Filter menu. Easy to install. To launch the plugin and start adding some filters, go to Filter > Filter Forge > Free pack 2 -Photo Effect. You’ll find a couple of already existing filters under a number of categories. You’ll also find a “Filter Library: Download more filters” link to the top right side of the plugin’s window.
