Census Art Keepsake

Given the interest in the US 1940 Census that just recently became available, I have decided to create this tutorial to help people generate a nice family history keepsake. Once you retrieve a copy of a census for your ancestors, instead of just filing it in a drawer or an electronic file, you can make a nice keepsake. Frame it and display it on your wall along with your family tree and other keepsakes of your heritage. The methods here will work for any census or other historical document for any time period, for any country. Tutorial is for Photoshop Elements 10 but should work in older versions as well as Photoshop.
